Thank you for sending your engineer I have been so upset after having another leak detection company out who could not detect the leak. Your engineer Barry called this morning and I can report the he successfully traced the leak. He has a pleasant personality and he is also a very clean and tidy worker. Professionally he is very competent and he was happy to discuss what he was doing. If all visiting engineers were in his league there would a lot fewer disgruntled clients.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for sending Barry to detect my leak today. He detected the leak and reassured me that there is nothing to worry about and that it would soon be resolved. Also, at my request he turned the water mains off, which is the first time in ages that I cannot hear running water under the floor, which has kept me awake for the last 3 nights. The engineer (James) had the difficult task of locating a relatively minor leak in a large house with solid and suspended wooden floors. He politely managed my expectations saying that it would be challenging so I was absolutely delighted when he managed to locate the leak. Better still the leak was in a hidden but accessible area so repairs were carried out by my plumber the same day. I would like to thank LDS and James for a first class service!
